Monthly Notional Rent
In property tax assessment, monthly notional rent (also called monthly average rent) is the rent calculated based on prevailing rents of properties in a locality. It is a statistically calculated average value of rents in a locality. The term “monthly notional rent” is rarely used these days; instead, “average monthly rent” is more common.
