The Punjab government has provided public servants with an exemption from property tax. The exemption is available for a property which satisfies the following conditions:
1. The construction is one residential house;
2. The total area is up to one kanal;
3. The owner is a retired government employee; and
4. The owner occupies the property for his residence.
The beneficiary may be a retired employee of the federal or a provincial government;

DeleteAOA!I am a retired government officer. Me and my wife are co owners of a 10 marla house. My wife is not a government employee. Please clarify, whether I can apply for exemption of property tax for the complete property or to the extent of my share of property only.

That I am co-owner to the extent of __________ % and am seeking exemption/rebate to this extent only(in case the co-owner is not spouse of the Government servant).
